Snow Job — A snow job is a persuasive presentation that overwhelms someone with misleading assurances, explanations, or impressive detail. The offender uses the presentation to obscure weaknesses in a claim or discourage scrutiny. The expression describes deceptive persuasion rather than a particular financial scheme. – Deception Tactic
