Meditation Text:

Music is more than something to hear in the dark
Music is more than noise or entertainment
Music is a meditation
Music is a synchronization
Music is the heartbeat beneath human skin
Music is strength when strength no longer exists
Music is the hand that reaches through despair
Music is the voice that speaks through the fog
Music is the sound that bypasses fear
Music is older than language
Music is older than writing
Music is older than memory and history
Music is the first rhythm humanity ever knew
Music is the pulse hidden inside the universe
Music is frequency
Music is vibration
Music is the wave moving through flesh and stars
Music is the drum inside the storm
Music is surrender and resurrection at the same time
Music is demanding because healing is demanding
Music is generous because it gives back more than it takes
Music is the road through darkness
Music is the fire carried through winter
Music is the refuge waiting behind grief
Music is the destination hidden inside the soul
Music is the healing of invisible wounds
Music is the reconnection of shattered minds
Music is the rebuilding of broken spirits
Music is survival becoming movement
Music is the reason tired hearts rise again
Music is proof that the soul still breathes
Music is endless long after the speakers fall silent
Music is what survives when the song is over
Music is forever
